Why one price instead of subscription?＋
Because subscriptions are exhausting. We made the math simple: $12.99 once.
What if I outgrow some of these games?＋
Skip them. The catalog spans early childhood through adult use. We add new games periodically, free for lifetime members.
Is this a replacement for therapy?＋
No. Glowloop is a tool. Speech, OT, ABA (where individuals or parents choose it), and other clinical support remain primary.
I'm nonverbal. Will this work?＋
Yes. Core 24 (AAC) and Feelings Finder are built for AAC users. All games offer audio-off and symbol/text alternatives.
I have ADHD or dyslexia too.＋
Most autistic people do. Glowloop has OpenDyslexic font, low-stim mode, short sessions, and pause-anywhere defaults.
Are there ads?＋
No. Never.
Are there in-app purchases?＋
No. There is nothing to purchase inside the app.
What about COPPA / privacy?＋
Children under 13 give zero direct PII. Parent account holds all data. Verifiable parental consent at profile creation for under-13 users. Adults manage their own profile and data. Full data export and deletion self-serve.
Why 'autistic' instead of 'with autism'?＋
Most autistic adults prefer identity-first language. We use it as our house style. We match individual language preferences in support.
What if Glowloop shuts down?＋
We commit to releasing the catalog as offline-capable downloads if we ever sunset. You keep the games either way.
