Bodies change

Around 9 to 14, bodies start to change. Hair grows in new places. Voices may change. Skin gets oilier. Some kids get periods. Some kids develop differently. All of this is normal. The timing is different for every body.

Worth knowing: Different from peers? That's okay. Bodies don't follow a schedule.
