What Glowloop is
Glowloop is a one-time-purchase platform of 50 games designed for autistic kids, teens, and adults. The Lifetime Pass ($12.99) gives a household lifetime access to all games for up to 5 profiles. We are not a subscription. We do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
90-day money-back guarantee. Self-serve refund button in your account portal. One click. No retention questionnaire. No phone tree. After 90 days, the purchase is final.
What we promise
- 50 games at launch, with new games added periodically at no additional cost
- Up to 5 profiles per household
- No ads, no in-app purchases, no data sale
- Lifetime updates as long as Glowloop operates
- Sunset clause: if Glowloop ever shuts down, we will release the catalog as offline-capable downloads at no additional cost
What you agree
- Glowloop is for personal household use, not commercial redistribution or classroom use (clinician and school tiers are separate)
- You are the legal parent or guardian of any child profile (user under 13) you create; adult users manage their own profile
- You will not attempt to bypass account limits (5 profiles per household)

We commit to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. If you find a barrier, email [email protected] and we will fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
Disclaimers
Glowloop is a tool, not a clinical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace therapy. Where games align with common IEP goals, we say so; the alignment is an aid for parents and clinicians, not a clinical claim. We are not Applied Behavior Analysis. We are not Augmentative and Alternative Communication clinical-grade software (use Proloquo2Go, LAMP, or TouchChat for clinical AAC needs).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any dispute is resolved by binding arbitration in California, with class action waiver.
